Agi has been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. She has been helping people overcome their fears and challenges and guide them on their journey for better health. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Senior Fitness Specialist, a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Agi is also the published author of the book "Are You a Gym Mouse?" which was a finalist in the prestigious Author Academy Awards, and "The Common Sense Fitness Journal"
During the pandemic Agi pivoted her business for mostly online classes and Zoom trainings. She leads classes for the Hudson Valley Regional Health Center and several Libraries for Balance and Fall Prevention for Seniors. She is a Matter of Balance Coach and holds a special certification for the "Brain and Balance Past 60" program. She teaches workshops on several health and fitness topics, and currently working on a book, workbook and journal titled: "Move to Live: Longer - Stronger - Younger."
